Q: What are the postage costs, and when can I expect my delivery?

A:  Please refer to our shipping details page for detailed information. Any applicable postage costs are also listed on the product pages. The majority of our products are shipped free of charge. Some fragrances require attract postage costs as they must be shipped using special procedures to comply with international postal regulations.


Q: My order hasn't arrived after 14 working days?

A:  If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact your local postal services using the postal reference number provided in your member account. When logged in you may view a list of your orders here. If you are unable to find your order or reference number please contact us and we will locate these for you. Remember to include your order number on all correspondence to ensure prompt service.
